Question: What payment methods are accepted for online purchases?

Answer: We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

Question: How will my package be delivered?
|

Answer: Our delivery services are handled by the delivery company Canpar. They usually take between 24 to 48 hours to deliver. Your order should come in between 9 am and 5 pm, from Monday to Friday, so you may wish to have the package delivered at your workplace. If you are not there upon delivery, the courier will leave a note, and then come back the following day. If you are not there the second time, your order will be shipped back to us.

Question: How long will it take until I receive my order?

Answer: Order processing is done under 48 business hours. By adding shipping delays, you can expect to receive your order within 4 business days. Additional delays can apply for remote areas.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
|
|

Answer: The basic fee is $8.50. An additional 2% charge for orders of $250 to $1,250, and 1% for orders above $1,250. The delivery cost is displayed on your invoice and includes the cost of delivery itself as well as the cost of packaging and handling.

Question: How can I become a member

Answer: To become an Artisan member, you simply have to create an account. Then, you’ll be able to access the Artisan member price, which gives you a 30% reduction on your purchases of $75 and more. Question: How long will it take for a back order item to arrive?
|

Answer: It depends on a lot of different factors that we cannot control. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Question: Is there a minimum purchase amount to order online?
|
|

Answer: There is no minimum purchase amount. However, if you want to benefit from the discount that goes with your client profile, you must purchase a certain minimum. Question: What are your business hours?

Answer: Our transactional website is available at all times. However, customer service is only available from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Click here to see our store's business hours.

Question: Who is eligible for promotions?

Answer: All Club Bead Plus clients are eligible for our promotions. However, promotions can only be applied at Artisan prices or better, so you need to reach your minimum purchase amount to benefit from them.

Question: Do you sell gift certificates?

Answer: We do, but they cannot be purchased online yet. Simply go to our store or call our customer service to purchase gift certificates.

Question: Are the items on the website the same as the ones in store?

Answer: Yes, all the products we sell online are the same as the ones we sell in store. However, some of our products are exclusively sold at the boutique, so come and see us in Montreal!

Answer: Yes, prices are identical in the vast majority of cases.

Question: Is it safe to give my credit card info on the Internet?

Question: What is your policy on returns/exchanges?

Answer: Returns will be accepted in their original packaging and on presentation of invoice within 30 days following the date of purchase. A handling fee of 20% is applicable. Exchange or credit only. No refunds. Please refer to our Return Form.
