Question: Do you have an open to the public store?

Question: What are accepted payment options?

Answer: We take Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

Question: What is your delivery method?

Answer: Our delivery services are handled by the Canpar delivery company. They usually take between 24 and 48 hours to deliver. Your order should come in between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday, you will maybe wish to give us your work address. If you are not there upon delivery, the courrier will leave a note, and then come back the following day. If you are not there the second time, your order will be shipped back to us.

Question: What are shipping and handling charges?

Answer: Basic S&H charges are 8.50. Add a 2% charge for 250$ to 1250$ orders, and 1% for orders above 1250$

Question: What is the waiting period between ordering and receiving an order?

Answer: Order processing is done under 48 business hours. By adding shipping delays, you can expect to receive your order within 4 business days. Additional delays can be added for faraway regions.

Question: How much time will my back order take to come in?

Answer: This is dependent on a lot of different factors that we, unfortunately, cannot control, and so, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date.

Question: Do you have a minimum purchase?

Answer: There is no minimum purchase. However, if you want to benefit from the discount that goes with your client's profile, you must purchase a certain minimum. Question: What is your policy on returns/exchanges?

Answer: Products available at Club Bead Plus are offered for a creative use linked to your specific needs and are subject to the demands of fashion. Returns will be accepted only if they are in their original wrappings, with the original bill, and within 30 days of the original purchase. 20% handling charges are applicable. Exchange or credit only. No refunds.

Question: What are your business hours?

Answer: Our transactional website is available at all times. However, customer service is only available from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. Click here to see our store's business hours.

Question: Who is eligible for promotions?

Answer: All Club Bead Plus clients are eligible for our promotions. However, promotions can only be applied at Artisan prices or better, so you need to reach your minimum purchase to benefit from them.

Answer: Each week, a new promotion is offered

Question: Do you sell gift certificates?

Answer: We do, but they cannot be purchased at our online store yet. Simply go to our store to purchase gift certificates.

Question: Are the items on the website the same as the ones in the store?

Answer: Yes, all the products we sell online are the same as the ones we sell on-site.

Question: Are the prices the same between the boutique and the website?

Answer: Yes, prices will be identical in the vast majority of cases.

Question: Is it safe to give my credit card info on the internet?

Answer: We use the best computer encrypting for maximum security on our website. If you still do not feel at ease to give us your credit card number by internet, you can also send us an e-mail at info@clubbeadplus.com with your order and we will call you back to take your credit card number by phone.
